taillights acting up!!!!!! help

taillights acting up!!!!!! help
Hello,
I recently put the taillights back on the truck. I have a flareside so the taillights are the trailer lights. The problem is that they are acting up. I have not touched anything as far as wiring or switch, all I did was plug them into the harness. Here is what is going on. When I turn on the lights the left one lights up like normal and the right one is very dim. When I put the left turn signal, it blinks but very very slowly. When I put on the right signal, it doesnt blink and for some reason the left reverse light comes on. What can be wrong? Thank you in advance

Hello, thank you for the quick replies. I apologize for not following up sooner.
I checked grounds and they seemed fine, bulbs were good, so i replaced flasher.
Thats what it was, they are blinking like they should now. Thank y'all.
