You should go to Holley's website and look up the documentation for your carb. I can already think of 5 questions to ask you and I'm sure everyone else will too. But Holley (in case you haven't checked it out yet) has videos and will pretty much tell you everything you need to know and how to do it. But I will tell you this, there is no air fuel mixture adjustments unless you change jets. There is a idle air mixture screw and you can adjust it by doing what redroad said or with a tach (turn screw out and watch the rpm rise until it quits and turn it back in a 1/4 turn). The accelerator pump: Look inside the throat, move the throttle and see if you get a stream of fuel. If you do it's probably good. If not, it's better to read the instructions/watch video than try to explain it.

Holley offers a lot of tunability, and it has to be done in sequence to achieve the proper tuned carb. Idle mixture & speed, Powervalve, jetting, pump cams, squirter size, pump size, fuel pressure, float setting, choke setting, It all matters.
when carb was new yr. ago suppoibly everything was fact set but it sat for a while, figured i put new acc, pump. which i no is not prop. adjusted. got some sug. yester. will check out today
Well, the acc. pump should have like 0.030" clearance between the bolt that operates the rod and the rod (I hope this makes sense) at WOT. Meaning at WOT, the arm that actually actuates the ACC. pump should move 0.030" MORE. This gives you the full range of motion for the Acc. pump. Holley tech told me to verify this on ALL new carbs, as they are assembled and checked, but might not be set properly from the factory. check the squirters too, make sure you are getting a steady stream of fuel through them.
