Putting a DIY 6637 filter on my truck, is there any sensors that I gotta be concerned with ? Didn't see any
There are two sensors associated with the air filter, the filterminder, or filter restriction gauge, and the IAT (Intake Air Temperature). Neither are operation-critical. Both may be ziptied up somewhere near the filter. Try to keep the IAT sensor near in the same general area as the filter to keep readings accurate.
