It looks like what is called a "Bubble flare", my wife's '96 Monte Carlo had them. I think it's a metric thing. They're fairly easy to make with a good double flaring tool. You do the inward flare first and then flip the line so it's pointing through the back of the clamp, the non-bevel side and do the outer flare. Go to Youtube, there are videos of the procedure.

If you're not sure of your abilities or don't have a good flaring tool either try what Doc suggested or have a pro make new lines for you.
I've bent and flared a fair amount of brake lines. Key #1 rule, a good flaring kit. Some are going to post to use the latest and greatest expensive flaring tool:
Which I have heard, work great but expensive and if you're only going to do a few IMO it's not worth it. They sold brand new kits but they were the same as the ones they loaned out.
I bought a kit like this from NAPA for around $40.
I learned real fast that the tools the the McParts places loan out for free are worth what they charge. It was worth the $40 I paid for mine. The loaner tools from both McParts stores I tried were worn out and woulnd't hold the line while I tried to flare it.
I also tried for the first time the green coated brake line, I had always used the old style line that kinked pretty easy. The green line worked great and took a lot to kink.

No. But I wouldn't give up on that hose working without trying to re-bend it first. How did you resolve that previous issue when you needed a little more hose length after installing the extensions for your steering rack?

I think you need to read thru this thread: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...nual-rack.html
Even tho it's about manual racks, it's the same problem.
