Battery Light
I saw my GPR LED was intermittently flashing this morning, then I started driving my battery light came on. It will go off when I am coasting.
I just put a brand new FoMoCo Alternator on it last July.
Any advice?
And I'm searching for someone to borrow a multimeter from. I left mine in my toolbox 230 miles away.. FML..

Swing by a parts store and have them test your alternator and batteries. Most will do it for free.
Since the light goes out when you are at idle then your alternator could be failing either low voltage when RPMs increase or over voltage which usually means the voltage regulator is dying or dead. If that is the case then get it fixed before it fries your batteries.

Ok, got a multimeter from BigAlPSD.. Thanks!
Engine off batteries have 12.22 and 12.13 volts
And I don't have enough juice to fire the engine.. guess the Alt is gone.. gonna pull it
