Steering linkage question
Dang it...I meant "Shift" linkage...
I am running a Chevy 350 (PO started it...) with a TH350 tranny. I have installed the Toyota PS and a GM steering column with column shift. I have purchased a Lokar shift linkage. I am also still running the factory brake setup.
The problem I am having is the linkage and the arm at the base of the steering column do not line up...not even close. The amount of angle that the linkage rod has to be causes a serious binding issue. I have an idea as to what to do to extend the column arm but was wondering if anyone has any pictures from a similar setup for what you have done to fix this issue.
