Window motors?

What should I lube the tracks with. I noticed today that when the window get to the bottom it kinda gets turned in it. And is what puts it in a bind. Maybe the lube will fix the issue at hand.
I'd love to replace all the anti-rattle strips on all my doors. The strips on the outsides don't even touch the windows any more.
