I got some Headers for my F600, they have 4 ports, we didn't realize my 391 has 5 exhaust ports. Someone advised me not to weld it. Anyone had experience with this?
It is a crossover port not an exhaust for the tailpipe. You could block it by removing the intake manifold and sealing it from inside. Reinstall intake. This could prove troublesome imo.
Why headers on an F600 ? I really doubt you will feel a thing power wise.

I'd make a plate with a memory backbone to bolt onto 2-3/6-7 header bolts with a flat gasket. Change as needed when blown, jm2¢
