Craigslist ad???
I saw this ad this morning and since I am always looking to improve mpg it peaked my curiosity but have not heard of such a procedure. Anybody know anything about this?
Own a 6.0l Powerstroke?
Want a little better throttle response and lots better mileage? How about 40-100 extra hp?

One time deal, no need to mess with tuners or chips. Bring your truck by the shop and we will tune the Fuel Injection Control Module on your truck. Get rid of the factory Ford FICM tuning and replace it with something that has been tried and true'd.
You pick your power level and we will do the rest!

Sounds like a FICM Atlas 40 or higher. Some have reported that kind of MPG gains, not sure about HP gains though.
Maybe someone bought a FICM tuner from PHP and is now selling them?
