dual wheels
You will need a dually axle from a pickup truck dually, NOT a cab and chassis truck, those had narrower frames, so spring perches won't be at the same place on those axles.
......what are you loading on that F150 to need 1 ton axles? Don't forget you can only load as much as your frame can take... and an F150 is no where near as strong as a 1 ton's frame.
I have an F350 2011 4x4 single rear wheel. I do truck pulling and need more bite on the track as I find weaker trucks pulling as far and a few times farther than me. I'm tuned and deleted 6.7L diesel dyno'd at 550 HP and 1100 TQ at the wheels.
Can I fit the 18" or 20" dual rims on this truck?
I find the statement above very concerning about the dual rear ends being different. Anybody try on the new 2011's or later???
