I'm new to this forum, normally in the old truck, 1966 forum.
I have a 1966, F250 with a stock 352, stock Carburetor. When taking it apart I broke the hose connector off the spacer under the Carb that has a hose that goes to the PCV. The spacer is about 1/2 inch thick,
I had to get one from Green sales for my 2 bbl on my MD330. I have zero idea if they are the same, but I would imagine that they are, mine was the phenolic type material. And, it was about as brittle as glass from the extreme heat that medium and heavy duty gasoline truck engines have to deal with.
The 2bbl's are harder to find than the 4bbls, and if you try the aluminum style off a later 302/351w, then the bolt pattern is correct, BUT the FT intake is cast differently and the PCV porting goes not match up and you would have a rather large vacuum leak. The aftermarket ones that I looked at thru the speed shop were cast in the same way, for the later engines intakes and not the earlier style FT intakes.
I tried several different avenues before just getting the correct obsolete part from green sales.
But then remember, I am just guessing the FE and MD FT 2bbl have the same casting in the carb mounting area.
You probably can repair your spacer, I have fixed them with a new steel pipe nipple and JB weld. I have also added a PCV port to the plastic spacers this way.
