Anyone know what some possibile causes are for this code? Starts and runs fine although maybe slight power loss. Fuel PSI is around 73-79. Code sets itself even when the truck is off. I cleared it with KOEO and it came right back before I started the truck. Something strange is goin on...

Exact code definition states that actual RPM's exceed requested RPM's (by the PCM) which can be caused by an alternative fuel source, CKP or CMP interference (electrical) or a faulty PCM.
In other words, something is making your engine run faster than the PCM wants it to OR something is telling the PCM the engine is running faster than it's supposed (whether this is really happening or not).
I, personally, would like a little more indepth explanation of what actually sets this code, but it sounds like, in your case, that it's electrical to me.
Code was set on my Edge Evolution as well as Autoenginuity. I set the Evolution back to stock and cleared the code today and it hasn't come back. I'll drive it a bit and see if it returns. Thanks for the input....
