i need a crank kit for my 400 which is the best one to get and how much should a good one cost

Is your crank wiped out? If your crank and rods are good, you only need those pistons he shows.

yes crank is wiped out rods are good just need crank itself and rod and main bearings

How bad is it? Could they grind the crank and install under sized bearings? The junk yard may be the cheapest place to start looking. Also the engine shop around here keeps a lot of good used parts. Check your local engine shop they just might have a good used one around. Good luck.

already have motor in shop and his crank guy said it was too far gone...had already already been a .30 over crank kit
