My truck is losing all passenger side cylinders. I have replaced the Cam position sensor and the valve cover gasket and wiring. I do not have a scanner with me as I am not at home. I have a multimeter so If there are any tests that would tell me what is wrong it would be great to find out.
It's one of three things.
1. Bad injector solenoid causing that bank to shut down. I doubt this one since you're saying they ohm 3.8
2. Short in the harness causing that bank to shut down
3. Bad IDM
If the idm picks up bad solenoid/short it can shut down one side to protect it self
