Frustrated and despreate

My truck is losing all passenger side cylinders. I have replaced the Cam position sensor and the valve cover gasket and wiring. I do not have a scanner with me as I am not at home. I have a multimeter so If there are any tests that would tell me what is wrong it would be great to find out.

I just ohmed the injectors by way of the valve cover harness and they are reading 3.8 ohms

Do you have access to a buzz test? That would tell you if the injectors are firing and also if your IDM is good or bad.

I happened to miss that in your first post. Haven't drank enough coffee yet to be on point.

Pull IDM and give a shake. Possible it has water in it.

It's one of three things.
1. Bad injector solenoid causing that bank to shut down. I doubt this one since you're saying they ohm 3.8
2. Short in the harness causing that bank to shut down
3. Bad IDM

If the idm picks up bad solenoid/short it can shut down one side to protect it self
