f250 06 6.0 issues
My issues are,
I bought my truck about six months ago from gibson truck world in sanford fl. When i bought the truck they sent it to ford saying the coolers needed to be replaced 2800 they paid for it. Six months later I ran into issues on the road working in TN. I dropped my truck off at ford so they could look at it. They called back a day later and said the coolers egr and oil coolers had to be replaced again. after they replaced them 3200 later they called me and said Its the head gasket. I picked my truck up from ford and headed home when I left ford my turbo was not working they did not connect one of the hoses i pulled over and fixed it. Two days later my battery light shows up on my dash going in and out like a loose connection both batterys are new. 1 day later my abs light came on the dash. I was driving on the hwy all power was lost I had no lights no gauges no window ext.My batterys have a full charge and are good.
Any Ideas

Usually that light comes on when there is a Alternator Issue
It really should be labeled an Alternator light
Odds are Very Very High the Alternator is on its way out
You NEED A GAUGE For a few reasons
#1 to see what the alternator is doing
#2 and Most important here you need the gauge to Keep the SHop Under control and avoid throwing Parts at it. The Gauge will also be used to Verify repairs as Something tells me you might have been lied to about the First set of coolers being replaced.
And if its true you had coolers replaced that close together the Full Repair is not being Done in addition to Coolers the Cooling system needs to be Flushed Multiple times. This cooling flush is where MOST shops Fall short
As far as the alternator the OEM is WAY Underpowered it would be best to look into a High Output alternator. DC Power makes some the best alts you can get but it could take some time to get on as they are so Popular they can be on back order.

OK Great
The Alternator Really needs to be Addresed sooner that Later
Charging system troubles will kill the FICM FAST
If you have a DVM check the Alternator output at startup and again in 3 minutes after Idel
I use a ScanGaugeII you can monitor all this stuff with it it will get all engine sensors and some trans its 160.00 from autozone
there are other gauges but they are hit-n-miss on what they do
Riff Raff sells a AutoEnginuity with FORD Enhanced you load on your laptop and hook to the Truck it Does ALOT of testing in addition to reading sensor values its around 360.00
as far as the headgaskets whats the truck doing????
Puke??
Overheating???
You can do a compression test in addition to a Pressure gauge hooked to the smaller coolant Lines. Normal PSI is 8-12psi and anything above 16psi is Bad

FWIW I second the alternator suggestion. I have an 03 F350 6.0 that was having some similar problems. ABS light would come on until I started driving and my gas gauge was reading empty to 1/2 a tank even though I had just filled up. I started with replacing batteries which were on their way out, but didn't fix the problems. I tested voltage with the old alternator and was getting above 12 volts (12.7 or 12.9 if I recall), but replaced with a DC power OEM over this past weekend weekend. Voltage went up to around 14 when idling and the ABS/gas gauge problems went away. Seems like these trucks do some weird things when the alternator goes.
Also - don't let the dealer gouge you for a new one. I was quoted $550 or so for a Ford OEM alternator, about $200 or $250 of that was installation. I bought a much better DC Power one for less than $350 and installed it myself in under 45 minutes with basic tools (some guys say they can do it much faster).
