Hi guys i just picked up another ford a 93 Flairside, 300 6 auto trans 2wd its with just a little over 200k , now its been cold here around 20 c she starts right up and idles smooth an if i give her any gas she dies if i wait till she warms up she will skip and seem flat till i get into the pedal and she pulls fine but shifts hard on the up side set the cruise and i get an occasional skip at highway speed,she has od ive changed the cap , rotor, coil, plugs, alt fuel filter, intake gasket and she had a fresh oil change will get to the trans fuid and filter this weekend weather permitting im getting no codes nor a check engine light is there any thing i need to look for in paticuliar that might be giving me issues?regards Wolf

 

I'd check for vacuum leaks, and check for Pre existing codes. Even without a check engine light on, it will probably come back with something.
