Transmission or motor problem??
I recently bought a 99 expedition that was running sluggish changed the plugs an wires discovered the intake was leaking so I replaced that cleaned the injectors an EGR ports an the transmission had a hard shift going into second I checked the trans fluid an it was two quarts over filled I pulled that out with a pump it still has the hard shift an if I try an power break it it will get to 3000 rpms an do nothing an suggestions
