I put a 86 351w in my truck with a C6 trans.You can use a perchs from a 351m-400 as stated above.Motor mounts you can get from autopart store. Oil pan a front or rear sump pan will work.Crossmembers are the same there is a different trans mount for a auto trans.I used the one from the 3 speed and redrilled the holes for the crossmember.You will need the accelerator linkage.My have to lengthen the wires for temp,oil and distributor not sure about the radiator.exhaust you can get long tube headers.
