Considering a couple different swaps

I have 2 different directions I've considered going but don't know what I want to do yet.

Option 1: carb 351/408w, I could drop it in without changing much of anything and I'm pretty sure it will work with a regulator to drop fuel pressure.

Option 2: efi 351/408w, same as above but I'll have to get the 302 computer and wiring harness and throw in a tune for the new engine

Option 3: coyote swap with frpp PCM kit. Should be relatively simple to wire but I don't know how to address the engine mounts and what tranny to use so I could still have a manual.

These would all be replacing the 300 six in my 94 f150.

I also happen to have a built navigator 5.4 4v engine laying around that I had other plans for and never used. Could I use a navi computer and engine harness and make this thing work?

A 351EFI with a few tweaks is a massive upgrade from the 300slow and you won't have to change the whole powertrain and every last wire on the truck to make it work.

That's what I was thinking. Figured a high compression 351 or stroker with some trick flow heads and intake would be fun.
