I did the same. I used a y block from summit and these to connect to the hard lines on the back of the heads
Don't know what they are called or the exact size. But it a 3 piece fitting. I just told the guy I need to connect this to this. Whatcha got? Hope that helps.

The kit I bought has an adapter to go from the Banjo bolt to a smaller thread to a 3/8" barbed fitting, then the 3/8" hose just slide on to it. But I'm not sure what it was.
If you wanna reuse the Banjo bolt. Pull it out and bring it to the hardware/parts house and find something that will fit.

Good idea we have a few Hydralic shops where i live!!!
One last question before i go over to the shop and start cutting into lines to route fuel to my pre and post filters and get the truck running again....
Which hard line on the frame upper or lower is the line that carrys the fuel to the motor from the Pump????Got the return line all routed already!!!!
Now for getting the pump and filters all hooked up!!!
Typical installation will have it as the lowest line of the group. Or at least that is the instructions that came with my kit and it was right on my truck. Best thing to do is to have someone help you follow it out just to make sure.
HAVE A BUCKET OR SOMETHING TO CATCH THE FUEL WHEN YOU CUT THE LINE. Also its best to have a empty or near empty tank when doing so. Cause when you cut the line, fuel WILL pour out until your out of fuel in your tank. So be ready to work quick once you get there. Have everything lined up and ready to go.
Why will fuel pour out until the tank is empty?
The fuel on our trucks (stock fuel system) is pulled to the front from the tank.
So with the truck off...and you cut a line only the fuel in the lines would just dump and thats it?

Here is what the instructions that I had said.
"Just as a note when you cut the factory hardline, it is imperative to have a near empty tank or even better a totally empty fuel tank selected with the fuel tank selector switch. Once you cut the line gravity and vacuum will take over and result in diesel spilling onto the ground from the hardline."
