Neutral safety switch HELP!!!

Question is do I place a jumper in this and any idea what the yellow plug(black w green tracer) go to. There's also a 1 prong plug (2 brown wires) looks like butt connection but appears to be a receiver to another wire

Okay, my guess is your truck was originally a 3spd manual truck converted to automatic.
First thing I would do is find the short that's causing the fuse to blow. Next fab a short jumper and plug it into the connector under the hood. Then I'd use the dummy plug to make a wire harness that will plug into the switch on the tranny.
