I pulled the camper out this morning and placed it strategically on the edge of the driveway on a high spot. Now time to check for any dead mice or damage.
Maybe I should sell my 5er and convert my 20' car trailer to a camper. All I need is some 2x4's, plywood and 3 pickup toppers.
Good Thursday morning MN truckers, have a great day .....
Good morning Gerry!

Good morning Lee! Do you normally have trouble with mice over the winter?

I have never had a mouse problem before. I have found a couple turds in the camper but nothing other than that.
This one was my fault. I left the camper in the shed with all the food and stuff in it and there was a bag of trail mix in the sink that was open. Since it is at the farm and I do not live there anymore I did not check it as often and I thought we were going to use it in Nov so I did not winterize it and empty it out and so when it got cold in Nov I went to winterize and clean it and cover it and I found mouse crap in it. We stripped everything out of it and cleaned it completely and then I glue trapped 13 mice in it. I thought I was done so I put in two boxes of decon and when I checked a month later I had one more mouse on the glue board and most of the decon was gone. I have not caught anymore mice since then, but I am concerned on where the deconed mice are at and how much crap is in the heating vents so I figured I better pull it out before it gets to warm and clean eveything and the vents too.
