I modified a pedal set from a 92 Camaro Had to move the clutch and brake pedals apart so they straddled the steering column. I chose that donor since I was using a T56 out of the same donor and wanted to use the OEM clutch MC to match the slave. I replaced the Camaro brake booster with a SS 7" dual diaphram one.
Willwood also has them, but I didn`t like how they mount as much as I like the Kugel one. I`m not much for E-bay, so you may find this stuff cheaper there....
I will likely order the Kugel bracket alone, and get the master cylinder, cluch master and booster locally, as I`ve had some problems in years
gone by with new and rebuilt master cylinders, and I know that my local parts guys will take care of me if I have any problems. I`ll likely get the
parts cheaper locally as well...

I would think that 57-60 ford truck pedal assembly would be the easiest to modify to fit as they are a hanging design and they use the same type of steering column. And if you are going Hydraulic clutch even better as thats what they were in 57-60
