As far as anti rattle kits.
I've only used the LMC offerings so far and have nothing bad to say about them. They work fine. I don't remember paying more for them.
The LMC anti rattler kits are cheaper than DC which is about the most expensive from most others as well. As stated before, other places like NPD and LMC get stuff from DC, its just a matter of what. I guess I just shop around and compare prices and shipping charges. Sometimes these companies mark down the prices, but the shipping and handling prices make up for the cheaper product.

Thats what I have been trying to do is shop and compare but I want to get quality parts not just cheap. As far as what I have read from everyones feedback that everyones parts are pretty much the same quality depending on what you get. Since the main thing I am looking at is the glass runs and or the window rattle kit really that I should be good with anyone I get. I would like to get OEM stuff though which from what I could tell would be NPD or atleast thats what they have listed.

I just checked NPDs site.
It says same as original but not OEM.
To be OEM it has to be a replacement part made by the same manufacturer that made the original part.
I'm not completely sure but I don't think that exists anymore.
Maybe Mike0o0o0 or ND will chime in on that.
The point is if you're happy with a particular site, go for it.
Besides all the guys having there favorite sights, when it comes right down to it, there's not much difference in repop rubber.
If its OEM than at least you know it will work well.
After further review it says OE style but...NPD sells the weatherstrip kit (beltline door) kit (4 pcs) for 36.45
So I am guessing OE style is a repro of OEM
The anti rattle kit includes the channel runs for both doors but just the outer beltlines for 84.50.
Upper door glass run is 10.45 each
Division bar glass run is 6.30 each and then the weatherstrip kit is 36.45
Total for both doors is 69.95.....not understanding the concept here.

I would tend to agree with you here...we all have our own particular likes to deal with.
Check this conversation out from my thread.
Go to post #236. It just shows that no one is infallible.
Make yourself happy and hopefully you'll have smooth sailing. But sometimes you have to deal with......uh.....stuff.

While being new here and mot to familiar with suppliers yet…I have vast experience or pain…dealing with suppliers for the Fox body Mustang and NOS Ford places tailored to in my case 70’s full size. The NOS is the price thing…but in most cases always a good route to go. The aftermarket can be a pathetic rip off that wont match, fit, or last. I was almost returning everything that was China made once it got to me; wish I knew about it before I bought it!
I am critical over replacement parts so I really look at the details of quality. My best advice is if you go electrical, you can find some good replacement part for automotive which are OEM and make them work for your application. Being switches, connectors, or wiring harness…it really is better than the local parts house.
It really all depends how crazy you want to get.

I bought the DC windshield and rear window seals. When I had the local glass company install the new glass, the installer was nervous when I told him I had the seals already. He said most aftermarket seals sucked. But as he installed them he said they were really good quality.
Another note I've heard a buddy crap about offshore door seals being too stiff and you hardly slam the door hard enough to close fully.
Up till this morning I would have said LMC but I woke up to about 80000 packing peanuts all over my front yard because someone from LMC decided to go light on the tape job on the box. I guess while the UPS Guy was walking from the truck out front to my Front Porch it must have let peanuts go the whole way... Anyway I have had luck so far from LMC just a little torqued because of the peanuts...

Dude, that sucks that the box made it all the way from Kansas, on many truck, thru many hands and the tape gave up in the last 15 feet! If it was up here in the PacNorWet, the wind would have just taken them away! Hope all your parts arrived safely.

Most glass companies that I know usually want to get the cheap seals and mark them up and rarely get OEM quality.
Yep, do homework and ask in these forums. It took me 2 months to finally order all my seals/weatherstripping for my 75 because I couldn't make up my mind to try the cheaper stuff or go back to DC.

Yeah the parts are ok... I was just saying to my Wife that I wondered if some of those peanuts ended up in the UPS guys truck... There was one strip of clear tape across the bottom of the box... He might have been hating it too..
