Donna, sorry to hear of her passing. I know how tough that is for the family.
Nice day today, too much plumbing repair for my taste.
Went to see Jose Feliciano last night. He's about my age and he looks a little frail. Did a lot of coughing on stage too so I was a little concerned for him. I have always like Jose a lot. He can still play the guitar[s] like nobody else and can still belt out his songs. It was a pleasure.
Morning all.
Yes I think the surgery went fine.
It no longer looks like my turkey timer has popped.
Still having pain but it's tolerable. I will know more after walking daughter to school.
been stuck on the couch since surgery so it will be nice to get out.

Donna, if I might ask, why would they have a problem eating at a casino?
I honestly don't know. There was mention that eating Casino &/or Buffet food was beneath them, but I've never met them to pass judgement on if they're really that snooty or not?! Who knows, maybe they've had a bad experience w/ food poisoning from a casino or something? I'm only hearing 1 side of the story, so it wouldn't be fair to pass judgement w/o hearing both sides.
Greg - Glad to hear that your able to get up & around now with only tolerable pain. I hated being cooped up in the house & not able to go anywhere. I know you can relate!
Well, back to the Monday Morning work grind...
Don't work to hard at whatever it is your working on today.
I'm working on getting rid of a mild hangover. LOL! I love my bartender! He makes some awesome drinks. I had a tuity fruity concoction that he made up, followed by 2 different sample shots - a rootbeer float (smelled like pepto bismol, but tasted like a R.B. float) & the other was a pineapple upside down cake. Then I washed it all down with a red beer. I think that's what did it! Don't mix foo foo drinks with beer. LOL!
Pat - Yes, yes I am! LOL! Actually, I was hoping it was a hangover, but apparently it's not. I get 2-3 day headaches/migraines & backaches about a week before...... every month. I really should tell my OB/GYN & see what he says. I don't think that this is normal. Most woman get tummy cramps, but no.... I gotta get migraines & backaches! Atleast I can look on the bright side, another week or so, & I'll be back to normal (or as normal as one can get).
Well, I'm starting physical therapy on my knee today. I'll let you know how it goes. They want me to go 2 times a week for a month.
