TGIF Nevada FTE. Hope everyone has a better day than I am. I did not get much over 3 hours of sleep last night thanks to my roommate giving me his cold (again). I feel terrible. Tired, my whole body aches, and I have a splitting headache. 
So Greg, have you put that Raptor drive train in your F-100 yet?

Welcome to Saturday!
I hope you have a great weekend. Thank God it's warming up.
With 2 days of physical therapy in a week...I'm about done! This guy has me doing neck & back exercises for my knee & shoulder?!
The neck one I look like a chicken bobbing my head forward & backward, & the back one I lay face down & do a semi-push up leaving my hips on the ground. I end up looking like a seal! By the time I'm all done with my 4 weeks of P.T., I'll probably have to see him again for additional P.T. for my back! I'm thinking... "Dude, I might be limber for my age, but I don't arch that far anymore!" I told him that I have a buldging disc at L4-L5 & he still has me doing them!. It has kinda helped with the numbness in my leg from my knee down to my ankle though. 
Now, it's tingley & prickley to the touch instead of numb like Novacaine like it was. The chicken exercise is making my shoulder hurt worse though.
Well, that my update for today.
