Bruce, I was looking at a 2000 XJ8 a month or two ago, but it needed a engine. There is another one 3 years newer at a different local dealership, but no price listed on it. I miss the '82 RX-7 I had. That car was a blast to drive. I need to find one locally so I can see if I can actually fit into and get out of it now. I owned mine years before my first accident with the right knee.
I missed my chance to get a late 80's Vanden Plus several years ago, it too needed an engine (well, head gasket really), but the owner was giving it away. I was in no position to do anything about it tho.

Happy Saturday to all!
Well, We're looking forward to meeting Greg, his wife, & their daughter later today! Hopefully they'll make it up here in time to join in Karl's Birthday Pizza Party & have a safe & enjoyable trip!
Bruce & Michelle will be coming out to my place on Sunday morning before 10 am as well, to meet Greg & his family! This is going to be a busy weekend for both our families.
Well, I'm off to finish cleaning & geting ready for the party. TTYL...

It's always great to see you - in person & on the board! Hopefully we can get together again over the summer. It's been awhile since you've been on FTE with all the computer issues you were having, but atleast now you can get online with your tablet &/or phone. Thanks for posting the GTG picture too! I really need to invest in a good digital camera/tablet...like yours.

It's always nice to meet up with FTE members!
It's been a long, fun-filled weekend & now it's time to relax. We haven't stayed up until 11:30pm in years, so I'm looking forward to our normal 7:30pm bedtime. LOL!

It was a pleasure to meet Greg & his wife, Kerri & their adorable daughter, Bobbie (Boo)! I kept wanting to call Kerri, Diane for some reason. I guess she kinda looks like a Diane - plus I'm bad w/ names... (Sorry Kerri)
I'm glad they made it down safely & finally got the truck. He's been waiting ever so patiently(Ok, not so patiently - LOL!) to come pick it up.
I'm waiting for a call from them so I know they made it back to Vegas safely & hopefully w/o any vehicle problems. I know he was happy to finally drive it home.
Greg - Thank you for coming & buying the truck. We enjoyed having you guys! Kaedon really enjoyed spending time with Boo & having another girl to hang out with. Hope you enjoy your new truck & we look forward to hearing about & seeing all of the great things you have planned for it.
