Got the truck back today, here you go. The total thread length is about 9/16", but the first 1/8" or so is a smaller diameter so it's not all threaded. I'm guessing diameter at 5mm - it's right in between 3/16" and 13/64". I used a drill gauge for that but the pics didn't come out.

Here's some various pics:
THANK YOU!!
That is one ****ed up looking bolt. I have access to allen socket head bolts at work and think I will grab some 5mm around 1/2 in length with different thread pitches and see what I can come up with.

Sure, happy to help, let us know what you come up with - if I ever need a new one I'd hate to have to order the whole kit! Sorry I can't get you the thread pitch, it's pretty fine though. I don't think the smaller part at the tip is threaded, it's grooved but I don't think it actually threads into anything, so I don't know if 1/2" of thread would be too long or not.
You know I just remembered something - I'm pretty sure I used the same bit to take out the bolts holding the trailer light plug in, and I'm thinking they looked about the same. Something to check anyway.
hmmm. Maybe I can pull one of them out of my trailer light plug tomorrow and see if it's the same. If so, I wonder if I can order just those from Ford...
Ill bet if you called the Warn tech line or any other aftermarket hub manufacture they should have that spec? If I can remember to do this I can pull one and get the spec too just gota remember it...memory the second thing to go. Warn should be able to supply you with the fasteners?
Warn makes the hubs under contract w/ Ford - they might give you the spec but I don't know if they would sell anything for that hub outside of Ford.
No one makes an aftermarket hub for the 2005 and up trucks, so I have to think there's something special somewhere. There's plenty of hubs around for a Dana 60 but no one says theirs will fit a 2005 and up Ford.
forgot to update this. The size is M5 x 10mm if you are looking just ebay the size. Super cheap and if you look for bicycle water bottle cage ones they are torx
