Code help!

Code help!
I found out the reason i couldent get any codes was because my jumper wire was snaped inside. So i got a
code 22 MAP/BA sensor out of self test range (truck has new MAP sensor)
code 15 EEC permanent ROM test failed
code 16 IDM signal not revieved
Anyone know what to do about these? or what to look at? this is the first OBD I ford truck iv ever worked on

Forgot to mention a code 15 coudl also be a KAM p1 was interrupter (possible cause is battery has been disconnection) and it sat with no battery for 3 years... if thats the cause how do i get rid of that code?
