Thanks guys I really appreciate it! It is an awesome feeling when it comes alive lol I actually went today and bought a used battery from the local junk yard so I could start it more often while I fix some things and adjust the transmission linkage. I got tired of taking the battery off my daily driver lol. I love the sound!

I have to say, starting the engine in the frame with the trans hooked, all the hoses ran etc. is definitely the way to go lol I found some leaks that I might not have seen till to late if the cab was on let alone the whole body. Now I can go back and get to everything more easily and fix them.

Does sound convenient, but forgive me if I don't remove the body just to fire up a new engine.

I plan to do the same thing....fire up the engine on just the frame......in a couple of months if all goes as planned. I'm already entertaining thoughts of strapping the lawn chair down to the rails and taking it for a spin around the area just to give the neighbors something to talk about.
