Congrats! Let us know how you like it compared to the Cummins. My last truck was a '99 7.3 SC LB 4x4. I only miss it rarely on the highway towing heavy, though my V10 has never really run out of power for me. Just get used to more downshifting, and locking out the OD while towing heavy, at least with 3.73s.
The V10 is more pleasant to me for a daily driver, even though it's thirsty.

My Dodge though the engine was still strong the body was rusting and typical front end issues. I think I am really going to like it. Honestly I am a little nervous about the deal but I have had that truck for a long time and don't know the V10 that well. I am sure I will love it
I was DD my Diesel and was tired of the racket lack of covered storage... My plan is to be able to sleep in the back of the X when going on weekend trips towing my Jeep in the mountains.

My wife and I have slept in my X a few times. A futon mattress fits perfectly.
