I have a 1998 Expedition with 5.4l 2 valve motor.
Broke a valve spring on #3 intake.
Does anyone know where I can buy a single valve spring?

 

BTW can I mention what a pain in butt it is to take off the pass side valve cover.

 

Try Ferrea Racing Components. They claim to have a direct OEM replacement.

 

Got the valve spring yesterday.
Who knew it would be so hard to buy a single valve spring?
Ford dealership says that Ford discontinued that part?????
Now lets see if I can get the darn thing in there.
Of all the holes to break it had to be #3.

 

Anyone have any idea how to put this thing back in?
