yeah there is no limit switch, needed. just don't hold the switch for 5 minutes.... common sense.

Exactly, plus they don't have one if those auto down features like a new car where you tap the switch and they roll down automatically, I wouldn't even know where to start with that

Well get on it!

All the same, good info,great write up and it could possibly be adapted to alot of different years.

Haha don't tempt me haha I'm already working on an upgrade to get rid of some of the play in the handle and a hidden but convinient toggle to roll down the passenger window from the driver side.

Speaking of other years I've been trying to get my hands on a 73 style door to try to adapt it, I've had 3 different ppl about a conversion for those trucks

Don't forget the 67-72 style I'd be interested in how to adapt this into them but with a twist also make them work on the rear doors for a crew cab if nobody else figures it out by time Im ready to mess with the body I guess ill be the lucky candidate

already had someone ask about rear doors but on the 73 style. I could work out conversions for both styles if i had the truck or atleast a door to work it out. If i get my hands on a truck and work it out ill be sure to post but for now someone else will have to bite the bullet and try to work it out
