Spent some time this weekend coming up with power windows for the truck that retained the factory regulator and handle so it looked stock from the outside. Wound up using a saturn window motor and a switch and a couple levers and here is how it looks in the truck:

The factory door handle attatches to the factory window crank so rotating the handle up or down triggers the motor.
Have heard / been told about using saturn e-motors; but never thought about using oem window cranks until this post. Thanks
Using the OEM cranks takes a bit of playing with it to get it to work. Its a million times easier to just use the Saturn motors and mount switches else where but i wanted the crank switches
Excellent, that is very nice. Using the original window crank is total awesome.
Not sure why you wanted power windows. My boys think rolling the window up and down is fun. I think 3-on-the-tree and changing gears is fun. Maybe it is hereditary.
I wanted the passenger power window so i could roll the window up or down while driving. The driver side is because i can hahaha, i like the crank windows too, i still have a set of perfect window regulators so if i decide i wanna go back i can
90s pre 99 should be at most junkyards. Have to disassemble nearly the entire door to get em. Be sure to get a driver and passenger side as they are different
Just got the Saturn Motors on Fleabay err uhh Ebay for $9 plus shipping $5 bucks each Local PYP wanted $15 each, I saved a buck each and have new ones instead of ????? just make sure you get a left and a right side motor... I searched 91 to 94 saturn!!! Also got a switch set: two for the left door 1 for the right door with all of the wiring for $26.95 with shipping everything needed for conversion came to $64... for a 64 F250 seem apropos...
There's no need for one, the motors aren't quite that strong, the OEM regulators have a mechanical stop for when you roll the window down and the saturns didn't have limit switches from what I could tell.
