65 f100 door hinge
Hi,I'm hoping someone can help.I have a bad hinge on my 65 f100 and i saw that Lmc sells new ones but when i called they told me they don't have it for a 65,only up to 64 i need the upper passenger hinge ,the one that has the spring to hold the door in different positions.It was my understanding that the hinges are the same for 61-66.Am i correct?

the problem i have is in the piece that the check rides on as you open and close the door,the piece that the spring compresses and the check rides on it.that piece is worn and when the door is opened it is hard and makes a popping noise

1964 from serial number 490,001, 1965/66 is different.

A set? What set? I only listed the RIGHT upper hinge: C4TZ-8122800-B .. because that's what you asked for.
LEFT upper hinge: C4TZ-8122801-B ~ KAMA OBSOLETE PARTS has ONE & WESLEY OBSOLETE PARTS has THREE (see post 4 for locations & phone numbers).

i bought the upper left and right hinges from two different places.from the info number dummy posted .the right side hinge was 25.00 and according to them its a NOS part.That was a good deal.the other was 95.00 But i figure i will replace them both .i have bought some used ones on ebay but they turn out to be bad hinges.I have had my truck torn appart for about a year and eight months and i am in the final stretch, hopefully i will be done this spring.I would sell you the used ones,but they are not in great shape.

Post 7: In response to your "I bought a set" post, I then listed the LEFT upper hinge and the lower hinges.
