Where to get door hinges

I need a pair of door hinges for the drivers door for my truck that has a 1965 cab.

Anyone know where I can get them?

btw - I'm in Clearwater, Florida.

1964 F100/1100 from serial number 490,001 - 1965/66 F100/1100:

C4TZ-8122800-A .. Lower Door Hinge-Right Side. For use on the Left Side, you have to reverse the hinge pin / Obsolete

NOS PARTS LTD in Waxahachie TX has 1 = 972-937-2201.

MILLER OBSOLETE PARTS in Binghamton NY has 1 = 607-722-5371.

CARPENTER NOS OBSOLETE PARTS in Concord NC has 2 = 800-476-9653.

WESLEY OBSOLETE PARTS in Liberty KY has 3 = 606-787-5293.

MCDONALD OBSOLETE PARTS CO. in Rockport IN has 1 = 812-359-4965.

No Ford dealer, no other obsolete parts vendor has any of these two hinges.
