Fuel pump leak
Hello friends I've got a problem with my pump leaking, specifically there is a tiny cylinder on top of the pump, one sides just open and leaks fuel out of it. Any reason for this? Can't take a picture right now, but hoping somebody here knows what I'm talking about. Thank you for your time.

X2, you need a new pump. That is the vent hole for the diaphragm, otherwise there would either be vacuum or pressure in the side of the diaphragm that has no gas in it.
Because it is torn, when the pump arm moves, the gas follows the path of least resistance and thats right out the little glory hole
