Reason: huh?
0422 is Evaporative Recovery System Small leak, could be a leak somewhere in the evap system (very hard to find small ones) or you just have a ****ty/aftermarket/locking gascap. Make sure the gascap seals nice and tight, and that the fuel filler hose isnt damaged. If that doesn't clear the code then you will have to start exploring the EVAP system. On ford vans, the EVAP system is huge. Its all around in the engine compartment, and has a series of lines going to your fuel tank. Small splits can be a real bear to track down without a smoke machine (and even with a smoke machine sometimes...)
1406 and 0406 are for the EGR system. Double check the EGR valve is clean and works okay, then replace the DPFE if that doesn't make the issue go away.
Honestly its almost always the DPFE when you get 1406 and 0406 together, and the aftermarket parts are crap. Go to Ford and get theirs, as they designed a new one to solve the failure issue.
Its pretty rare for the CEL to burn out, and that also causes a fail at a LOT of testing centers. Pull the cluster and replace the burnt bulb (which I suspect is probably honestly missing or disconnected).
