Trivia tidbit: AC 160 with whatever nozzle is about max for the stock fuel pump. If you need all the data behind my assertion on this, I have a novella here to read through... but I also have a fuel pressure gauge that I watch when I get on it. I've done all the fuel mods, I have the FRx with the gold spring, the gauge sensor is on the injector side of the filter, I have a fresh filter, and I installed a brand new OEM pump. The pump is maxed out when Pedal and Mat share a hug. Going bigger than 160 requires a step up on the fuel system, as well as a number of other things under the hood.
The big nozzles on the 160 can create the need for a lot of air to keep the car to your right from getting lost in a fog... so factor how much you want to spend on the Soot Control Breathing Apparatus. I went all-out with AIS intake, 38R, and 4" exhaust... and I've maxed that out as well (I am unwilling to soot up).

Injectors are easy if done correctly. I agree with passing on the ups, I had mine done for me and the mechanic tapped the manifold for the EGT sensor while everything was open and easy to clean.

6.7 is 1200-1500lbs lighter. Efi live and intake exhaust is putting them around 500hp. 66mm charger and small nozzles there at 600.

Bearing in mind that Texas Chain Ring and I are of the same mind to keep the truck stock-ish, we're leaning toward a mild HP bump (400 or under), and that I'm referring to the amount of modification to the breathing system... yup. "All out" (in my case) refers to intake, turbo, downpipe and exhaust... but I also did billet plenums. It's a relative thing.
If we were really talking "all out", there's ups, T4, different turbo style, 5" exhaust, bigger intake than the AIS, billet plenums for sure, etc....
