Engine removal

hello folks I'm new here and it seems like site with a lot of help. I'm looking at buying a 2008 f 250 with seized v10 triton engine. I was wondering if you can pulls the engine without taking off the cab?? A friend figured I might have to remove the cab. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That's how the dealers do it(actually just lift it a bit to get access) but I've never known a dealer to do something the hard way so the method must have some merit.
