My engine runs 2000-2050 RPM at 75 MPH. I have 3.73 gears and 34.5" tires. If I go to a taller tire (35.5) will I need to change gears? I do pull heavy occasionally, but by and large, this is my daily driver. If I do need gears, what gear and how much cost are we looking at? Does the fact that I have TruTracs front and rear add to the labor cost?
No need to regear for that small of a tire change. If you do the labor wise cost would be around 300-400 per axle. Also having the trutracs wouldn't cost anymore.

Thanks. The tire people seemed to think the ratios would be way off. Seemed small to me too.
goingg +2 in size will not make a big differance. you maybe a few mph off.
so far as the regearing cost goes 800-1200 per a diff. this is assuming you get all bearings replaced as well

It appears that my SCT device WILL NOT adjust tire size, despite having a section in its menu to specifically adjust tire size. I have an old SuperChips OBDII device that I used to adjust tire size when I first got the bigger tires. Can I use this device to again adjust the tires size and not mess up my SCT tunes?
Tire size is programmed in the ABS module, so it has no affect on PCM tunes.
Well that thickens the plot! My ABS will not recognize my front end, apparently as a result of my '03 computer not recognising an '06 front (mine is 4wd conversion). Will anybody's SCT adjust for tire size? If it will, since my ABS doesn't work, THAT may be the reason I can't adjust tire size now. Maybe my SuperChips won't either?
SCT does not correct your speedometer, it only uses tire size input to set the shift points. ABS module uses input from the VSS in the rear axle for speed, so front axle shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks. My speedo is off some now, since my tires are somewhat smaller due to the 65k+ miles I've driven since they were new. I'll see if I can resize them with the SuperChips.
Can Ford reprogram the speedo when I put bigger tires on my 2006 F250?
The SuperChips deal was about $200 and I can change it as often as I want. It's a really good deal for those who change their tires due to seasons or off roading or whatever.
Better would be to get the AutoEnginuity Ford Bundle, it can calibrate the speedometer too and also does diagnostics for a little more. That's what I use.
