CDR Valve location?

I'm sorry, I'm sure the answer is on here somewhere but I have dial up and it is taking me forever to go through threads. We have an 85 F250 with the 6.9. stock engine (non-turbo). Where is the CDR valve located on this truck? Also, there is a small valve to the side of the fuel filter and it appears to be leaking. What is that valve called?

Thanks for all the help you guys have offered in the past! I should have learned mechanics instead of nursing!

The CDR is under the air filter at the rear of the engine. If you take off the air cleaner look at the back of the intake and you'll see something that looks like a tuna can, thats the CDR. Its held on by two bolts into the back of the intake and a grommet that goes down into the valley pan.
