My brother has a complete F-450 suspension with dual rear wheels on his '02 v-10.
He modified the F-350 fenders to fit on the rear door and has remote door handles on the bottomside. Looks much better than this one. Will snap some pics this weekend and post.

Ridiculous to the highest degree. IIRC an aluminum 22.5" wheel weighs somewhere around 40 lbs, and the tire weighs about 120 lbs. That kind of addition to unsprung weight would make it ride like a grain truck.
