High idle

High idle
Hello everyone. When the weather is cold, lets say 5 degrees outside, after a few minutes of starting my truck it goes to high idle, around 1100 sometimes 1200, when it is around 30 degrees outside it goes to around 900. I'm wondering if all trucks have this or just mine? The truck's not tune or at least not by me. Thanks for any imput.

Yep, completely normal. It will idle down as soon as you touch the brake.
