so i have an 89 f250 and i put in a dana 60 from a 350, went in no problems been riding around like that for about 6 months now. i used everything from the 350 including the springs
heres my question, my front end sits too high now by about 2 inches past level and it drives me crazy the way it looks. i really dont want to lift the rear as i have no interest in putting bigger tires on it and plan to tow things with it.
heres my question, is it possible to run the old ttb springs with the 60? i know they will bolt up but ive always read to run the ones for the solid axle. i want my truck to sit about level or even with a slight nose down rake like stock was.
if you are going to be running a commercial snow plow, leave the 250 springs in it for the added support. otherwise switch to the 350 springs for the smoother ride.
