How much fuel is in your truck? Have you ran it low recently? You might have some( plugged intank filters) restriction in your tank causing fuel pressure loss after 30 secs.

No....always keep it above 1/2 tank......have 64 lbs at regulator when the miss is happening. I have the in tank done, changed out all filters. It sounds like if the UVC harness was loose but then I changed them out with the new updated version.....even checked the drivers side since it was easier to see if something was left loose......

Did you look at the 9 pin connector for a burnt center pin? Or any burnt pins? That can cause your issue also.

Also, did you pull the VC's and look at each injector to see if its spitting out oil?

Yes. you might need to Ohm the harnesses from the IDM. Go to GB manufacturing for the info.

The IDM.....Is it a good no good deal here? The truck starts and runs fine for 20 sec.?

It is possible, you could have moisture intrusion causing corrosion which in turn could cause an electrical issue.Not that hard to check, just take the inner fender liner off on the drivers side. I would ohm out the wiring from the IDM. Engine vibration could cause a problem with a bad harness. Can you wiggle the wires while it is running rough?

OK, just finished with IDM circuit test. All is good, circuits are 3.0 across test one and open OL with test 2 and 3...............wiggled wires all over, still missing.

Really......I only have 68K miles on it......would an injector go bad. Im the original owner.
