Anyway, an FTE'r ( @FordTruckNoob ) identified an alternative to the Motorcraft/International ICP as one made by Honeywell.

The longevity, life expectancy and feasibility of the Honeywell ICP is still in question though. I have linked it and provided it here simply as an alternative to OEM as these engines get a little older each day. There may be a day when we need to source reputable sensors from non-OEM sources due to lack of production or poor quality control practices by the manufacturers.

In addition, some information on counterfeit Motorcraft parts/sensors is below.

Good luck out there!

OK I did not know that...thanks for Info...SO It could be possible that the 2 spare ICP's I bought from the International dealer close to my House over 8 years ago are NFG ? That would suck....

Not at all... I would suspect that your 8 year old ICP's are GTG (good to go!) Just stating that as our engines age, manufacturer practices change and potentially become more "forgiving" in the tolerances and/or the OEM suppliers just stop making the sensor, the Honeywell ICP that FTN discovered may be an viable alternative.

It is good to have options, especially when the traditional option is no longer valid.

Ok cool ..I usually buy International sensors since they made the engine ...and I get them at Trade Price plus the dealer is close and a Huge Sales & Service place , one of only 2 in the GTA ( Greater Toronto Area ) .Just considering the School Bus Fleets there is alot of T444E's still running up here....
