Hey Jake! Ham sounds good. If I leave right now I might be there in time for ham sandwiches!
It is a nice out here too Troy! Earlier, you could actually feel the sun. Kinda nice for a change....

No rush Troy! If you make it by 8:00 I'll be just getting out of class, Have SUPPER #1 in Suppertown, and come up for a SUPPER #2!

Yeah, I'm willing to bet at least 3 months out. Most of the more popular brands are about 6 months backlogged already. I don't know about CZ though...

LOL! Good look with the mag search. Our distributor at work can't even get a 10 round magazine for a Ruger 10/22 .22lr... They are not available, but we backordered 3 this morning. He said it'll be AT least a month! I give it until June-July before the more common ammo becomes common again.

ugh. Qualified with a ruger 9mm. will not own. did not like the trigger safety, and general feel of the craftsmanship.

Very excited for the cz. Should be a fun one to take to the range, as they aren't all that common. Not to mention it's super easy to hold. Now, I need to start looking for a .22 or .380 pistol for my wife.

Yeah, bad time to get into shooting... I personally like the Ruger's trigger safety. A buddy of mine just bought one, and I have enjoyed every round I put through it. CZ's are nice, and I'm with you, but aren't that common. It's too bad too.

My beef with it is that it irritates my trigger finger. after 50 rounds, I'm ready for a break. And the rest of it, I wouldn't classify as comfy either.

mine looks like this... The black grip is rubber too.

I suppose I can see that. I've spent a bunch of time with Glock's and Springfield XD's so I really don't mind the trigger safeties. I guess since I have gottne used to a heavy and somewhat long double-action trigger from a revolver, none of those sweet triggers on the semi-auto's really bother me much.

I forget is the cz75b a SA/DA or just a SA semi-auto? I'm not a fan of frame safeties as they just get in my way...

sa/da. I like the frame safety. I really liked the grip safety on the s/w 1911 .45 I shot. Unfortunately, I haven't won the lottery.
