I am going to order some parts online tonight. just wanted to make sure part numbers are correct.

1993 7.3 idi with turbo

ZD-9 glow plugs..according to forum this is right...website says for non turbo only...

ESTZ-8575-C...thermostat.....correct?

I need part numbers for the air filter, fuel filter, and oil filter as well.

As always, thanks for your help

Zd-9 is correct for the 93. Rock auto has them for 9.64 ea. Check uhaultruckparts.com for fuel filters I think I got two shipped for 30 bucks last time I ordered them. I'm not sure about the air filter, but if I were you I'd get rid of that factory filter box and put on a cowl or ram air intake anyway, instead of throwing money away on replacement filters. Its been too long since i ordered a t-stat to remember the part no, but make sure it is a Motorcraft or IH original t-stat.

Good luck,

Mac.

you will have to make one or spend $100 for the hypermax cowl intake kit, but that still uses the factory air box and filter.

Do a search for "cowl intake" using the "Search this forum" box near the top right side of the main page. You will see what others have done. I plan to do a custom ram intake when I have a garage again to fab it in.
