So I have narrowed it down by providing the Ford website with the VIN number, looks like jpr38057 was correct about it being a P code spring. With that does that mean if I remove the overload spring it becomes either a X code rear or B code?

I don't have any info in my notes about P codes rear SD springs, but if I remember correctly they are very close to the B and C codes. Rob Ross has a ton of great rear spring data, try shooting him a PM. If these springs have both the top (single thin leaf) and bottom (thick plate type leaf) the tops will have to be removed to prevent it from hitting your rear AC lines.
X codes are front springs (2 leaves) from snow plow prepped pickups and F-550s.

EDIT: I just noticed your post count isn't high enough to send/receive PMs yet, I will send a PM to Rob Ross with a link to this thread for you.

Thanks that would be great information to know. I found some decent V codes and these P codes (yes they do have the thin top leaf and a thick bottom plate). If I can some how use these to achieve the the desired lift. I was able to find a 30mm sway bar as well. Just waiting on finding out more information on these Springs before I tear at it.

You're partially correct, 3C3Z 5560 CA is the Service part number for 3C34 5A975 CC which is the Engineering part number or the part the truck left the plant with. I don't have a way to link codes with part numbers BUT the rate for that part number is the same as a B Code. It may have been called a P code for some reason but the rates are the same, 320/670 are the primary and secondary rates. Hope that helps.

Alright, sounds close enough to a B for me!!! Just need to read more on using my Gs to modify my soon to be Bs. Any suggestions...I am wanting to run the Vs with a possible 2-3 inch hanger system from either CTP or PMF (not sure yet on the height requirements) for the tire size. I don't want a massive lift but one that would comfortably fit 33-35s and still maintain a good tow profile package one that will put me just about even with a F250 FX4 or other off road variants. So with the springs in hand and a 30mm rear sway bar I just need to know what will be need as far as parts to order. Again I appreciate the help.

I'm sure someone will chime in but the V's by themselves will give you about 1.5", possibly more if yours are really tired. That plus a 2" hanger is 3.5", the B mod is +3/4" plus whatever the spring change nets you. I'm guessing you'll want a taller block. F350 block is about 1.3" over he Ex block. There's a bit of trial and error for this. I originally put an F350 block with my SRW C code and it was too high.
